這張精選輯從樂團早期於哥倫比亞唱片(Columbia Records) 旗下黃金時期的作品到加入Arista唱片後與其他藝人合作的革命性作品全都收錄其中。
包括選自「超自然力量」專輯的"Smooth"、"Maria Maria"以及"Corazon Espinado"、選自「魔法師」專輯的"The Game of Love"、"Why Don't Youand I"、選自「唯我獨尊」專輯的"Just Feel Better"等。除此之外，還有一些未曾收錄在山塔那以往專輯中的歌曲也都出現在這張精選輯裡，包括與Tina Turner合作的不同版本的"The Game of Love"，以及專輯首支單曲、由Chad Kroeger擔綱主唱的"Into The Night"這兩首為公開發表過的作品。
